Agreement to Terms
By purchasing a membership, booking a class, or using any service offered by Core Cardio Kickboxing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Membership & Payments
- Memberships are billed in advance on the terms selected (monthly, annually, or per class).
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your card for the selected plan.
- Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships for non-payment.
Class Bookings & Cancellations
- Class spots are limited. We encourage members to book in advance through the member portal or app.
- Cancellations made more than 4 hours before a class start time will not be charged a cancellation fee.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a forfeited class credit or cancellation fee, per our current booking policy.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other circumstances. Affected members will be notified as soon as possible.
Health & Safety
- By participating in our classes, you confirm that you are in suitable physical condition and have consulted a physician if you have any medical conditions that may be affected by exercise.
- You acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks of injury. You assume responsibility for any injury or illness that may occur as a result of participation.
- Members are required to complete a health waiver before participating in their first class.
- Please inform your coach of any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations prior to class.
- Members must follow all gym rules and the instructions of coaches at all times.
Code of Conduct
Core Cardio Kickboxing is committed to providing a welcoming, respectful, and safe environment for all members. The following behaviors will not be tolerated and may result in immediate membership termination without refund:
- Harassment, intimidation, or threatening behavior toward members or staff
- Use of prohibited substances on premises
- Damage to gym equipment or property
- Unauthorized recording of members or staff
- Any behavior that compromises the safety or wellbeing of others
Membership Freeze & Cancellation
- Members on monthly or annual plans may request a membership freeze for medical reasons with appropriate documentation.
- To cancel a monthly membership, written notice (email) must be received at least 7 days before your next billing date.
- Annual memberships may be cancelled with a pro-rated refund within the first 30 days. After 30 days, annual memberships are non-refundable.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website and member portal — including class descriptions, coaching materials, logos, and photography — is the property of Core Cardio Kickboxing and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Core Cardio Kickboxing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or facilities.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Core Cardio Kickboxing operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
